Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?
PayPal is our preferred method of payment for all orders. If for some reason PayPal isn’t viable for your payment, please note that PayPal can be used to process credit card payments without having a PayPal account.

Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. If you’re not already a PayPal member, signing up is easy! To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal’s website at: www.paypal.com. Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment through your eBay invoice. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we’ll need to properly ship your item! Payment must be confirmed.

Can I pay by C.O.D.?
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.

If I pay with PayPal — will you ship to an unconfirmed address?
Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal’s help center.

Do you ship internationally?
No we do not, with the exception of Puerto Rico.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 1:00 P.M. PST or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there’s ever a problem with an order, we’ll contact you ASAP.

What shipping methods do you have available?
Items are generally shipped USPS (no signature required), we do also ship via UPS depending upon the weight or value of the order. All of our items ship under our own UPS and USPS account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days and USPS takes 5-7 Business days to deliver.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a California company, we are required by state law to charge 9% sales tax when shipping to California addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
No we do not offer local pick up at this time all orders are shipped.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
