Return Policy

  • RMA number is required in all cases
  • For the first 60 days of your purchase date, you may return the cartridge(s) for a full refund (money back) or exchange (replacement) without any question from us for any reason. The buyer will cover the return shipping cost.
  • 60-180 days from the date of your purchase, you may return the cartridge(s) for replacement only. The buyer will cover the return shipping cost. The seller will cover the shipping cost or issue a prepaid return postage if our merchandise is defective.
  • Please allow up to seven (7) business days after we receive the cartridge(s) for your (exchange/refund) to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
  • We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
    Returns for refund must be made within the time limit specified within our return policy.
  • Returned cartridge(s) must be our brand name or the same item we shipped. All of our items have a watermark, so please ensure that you return our cartridge(s) and avoid mixing them with other vender’s cartridge(s).
  • Removing the labels from our cartridge(s) the buyer refilling them, taking them apart, or refilling them at a refill station will void our guarantee..
  • Cartridge(s), if defective, should have ink of no less than 75% left when we receive them back. If the cartridge(s) have less than 75%, it means that the cartridge has been used and, therefore, not defective and will not be approved for return or replacement.
